P&L experience is also a must. MRP experience is preferred. Union experience will be looked highly upon. A successful candidate will be some one who understands the big picture. This person will have the chance to develop business with a collaborative CEO.

This position reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for upwards of 160 employees. The Production Manager is a member of the upper management team, responsible for strategic operations. This position oversees management of all areas of Production and directs activities so that approved products are manufactured on schedule within quality, safety, and cost objectives.
