Our client is seeking a person for the costumer service department.
This position is open due to a promotion within the plant
The customer service position is the liasion with customers, the manufacturing operations department, wholesale distribution and planning functions. This is one of the most critical positions in this high volume plastics plant.
This person must be good at telephone communications and friendly with our costumers. Follow up and attention to detail are essential.
MRP computer skills are also necessary for this position ---. SAP knowledge would be perfect
