Manufacturing Fiberglass Supervisors
A leading boat/yacht manufacturer in Florida seeks to add two experienced, handson Supervisors to its Fiberglass Department to lead a team of employees in the daily fabrication of fiberglass components/parts to satisfy the production requirements set for the department.
Requirements:
• Must be fully bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of three years supervising multicultural workforce (30+ people) in a manufacturing setting
• Prefer candidates with boat building experience in the fiberglass area, but willing to provide fast paced training in this area to the right candidates
• Demonstrated leadership/abilities (strong people skills)
• Prepare and follow-up production schedules
• Willingness to work long hours as needed
• Demonstrate initiative during interview process to either assume this responsibility or willingness to learn everything to know about fiberglass
