DESIGN ENGINEER
Selected candidates for interviews MUST meet the following requirements:
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum of 3 years of boating experience
• Must be able to manage projects from inception to completion.
• Experience designing and developing new boat components (such as consoles, flybridge furniture, prep centers, & mechanical components for new or existing models.
• Must be able to provide guidance to prototype staff in existing and development of new techniques in patterns and mold manufacturing.
• Must be able to assist production areas in boat building production techniques, parts and material sourcing.
• Must be able to guide and instruct individuals in the manufacturing and installation procedures for vessel systems
• Must be able to offer assistance in quality assurance for the improvement production efficiency and product quality
• Must be proficient in Excel, AutoCad and 3D technical (Rhino) and
Solid works software
