PROCESS ENGINEER & PRODUCTION SUPPORT (Boating)

THE JOB
Project management
• Develops processes for new models
• Develops manpower estimates for new models along with manufacturing
• Supports manufacturing on all technical issues
• Develops/implements process improvements
• Develops facilities plans in conjunction with manufacturing
• Leads prototyping of new models (hulls)
• Leads/assists with cost savings & efficiency efforts.

We ARE LOOKING FOR:
• Mechanical, Industrial, or Marine Engineer.
• 2 Years of manufacturing experience (Marine preferred).
• AutoCAD, Rhino, Solidworks, Office Suite experience preferred.
• Multi-lingual (English, Spanish, Italian) a plus.
• Hands-on problem solving ability.
