JOB TITLE: Pipe Leaderman
REQUIREMENTS:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two year college or technical college
• Five (5)+ years related experience or
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of marine piping systems and familiar with
procedures for bending and threading pipe and fittings
• Read blueprints, schematics, job specifications
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directly in charge of production on the job and supervises craft employees
assigned to crew
• Lends technical assistance to subordinates
• Fits and tack welds all systems for production welders to follow
RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports to the Pipe Foreman
